Adnimate Marketing operates this informational website about marketing technology for small and medium sized businesses. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse this website or use a contact form made available here.

Information collected

When you visit, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request timestamps to deliver and protect the website.

The current informational version does not have an active contact form. If a contact form is enabled, it may ask for your name, email address, business details, and message. Provide only information needed for your inquiry. Do not submit financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries you choose to send, maintain relevant correspondence, and address misuse or technical problems. A contact inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Cookies, browser storage, and choices

We use browser storage to remember separate choices for Analytics cookies and external contact forms for up to 180 days. The consent record is called adnimate_consent_v2. WP Consent API also stores category choices in first-party consent cookies, including statistics and marketing preferences. These preference records support consent management; they are not analytics identifiers.

Necessary hosting, security, or WordPress login functions may use cookies. Analytics cookie consent and external form consent are off by default for visitors in every region. Optional embedded contact forms are blocked until you allow external content. You can accept or reject optional content, select your preference in Settings, or reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional content does not prevent you from reading the website. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice.

Changing your choice to reject optional content sends a denied Analytics-cookie preference and removes embedded forms from the page. The site also attempts to remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies when Analytics cookies are rejected. It cannot undo information already sent to a form provider or clear cookies on that provider’s domain. You can manage those cookies through your browser. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page session and may be requested again later.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is connected through Site Kit to help us understand website use, such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate location. Analytics-cookie consent is denied by default and is communicated through WP Consent API to Site Kit. If you allow Analytics cookies, Google may set cookies such as _ga and related _ga_ cookies.

Site Kit uses Google Consent Mode. Denying Analytics cookies is not a promise that no connection to Google occurs: depending on the tag configuration, Google can receive limited measurements without cookies for measurement and modeling. Advertising storage, advertising user-data consent, and advertising personalization consent remain denied in this implementation. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.

You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. The settings here cover the Site Kit integration and the contact-form embed; other plugins may have separate data practices. Analytics retention depends on the settings of the connected Analytics property.

Hosting and external forms

The WordPress website is intended to be hosted by Hostinger. Hosting providers may process technical information to deliver, maintain, and secure their services. WordPress is the software used to manage the site; installing a theme does not, by itself, send visitors’ information to WordPress.org.

If a Paperform contact form is enabled, allowing external content loads the form from Paperform and connects your browser to that provider. Paperform may process technical information and information you enter in the form. Its handling of information is described in the Paperform privacy policy. You can choose to open the form separately instead; doing so takes you to an external website governed by that provider’s practices.

The private ChatGPT preview is hosted separately from the eventual Adnimate.com WordPress installation. Sign-in and hosting data handled by that preview platform are governed by that platform’s own privacy notices.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by providers needed to host the site or operate a form you choose to use, and may be disclosed when required by applicable law or needed to protect the website. No advertising-network integrations are enabled on this version of the website.

Correspondence is kept as needed to respond to the inquiry and maintain relevant business records. Technical-log and form-provider retention depends on the services and settings in use. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for those providers. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Your questions and requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to make other requests about its handling. Any request may require identity verification and may be subject to exceptions. Use the privacy contact details below when available.

For privacy questions or requests, email adnimatemarketing@gmail.com. Please describe your request without sending sensitive documents.

Security and external links

Reasonable safeguards should be used to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Links to other websites lead to services with their own practices. Review their privacy notices before providing information.

Updates

This policy may be updated when the website, contact tools, or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Any future analytics, advertising, or additional integrations should be reflected here and configured with appropriate privacy controls before activation.

Choose separately for Analytics cookies and external forms. Both are off unless you allow them. You can change your choice at any time.
